Images, videos, PDFs, presentations and files such as .docx, .xlsx, .zip and more. Preview support varies by format. You can include the same file in several collections or campaigns without making extra copies.
You can always upload all your files yourself, but we always offer free onboarding and migration from Google Drive, OneDrive and SharePoint, and if your files are across folders we will help you organise and transfer them. We’ll review where your files are stored, how you want to organise them and what support you need.
Share files, collections or campaigns by link, or give partners access through a dedicated portal. You choose what they can view or download, and can expire or revoke shared links. Partner viewers are unlimited on every plan, and they don’t need to have login access to view any public campaigns. You choose what’s public, what’s private and who sees what.
Yes. Your portal can use your logo, colours, categories, filters and terminology. If you need connections to other systems or a more tailored setup, we can discuss those requirements as part of an Enterprise plan.
Files are encrypted while being transferred and while stored. You control access through permissions and sharing settings, including expiring links and the ability to revoke access.
