About these terms
These terms are the agreement between you (or the organisation you work for) and [Company legal name] for using Alkemi Cellar, our digital asset library for food, drink and lifestyle brands.
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If your company has signed an order form with us, the order form and these terms work together.
- 02
Using the service
Alkemi Cellar lets your team store, find and share brand assets, with download tracking and AI that files them under your own categories.
Plans and billing: your plan, price and billing cycle are shown in the Pricing section of our site and in your order form. [Payment, renewal and refund terms: see full terms]
- 03
Your account
Please keep your account details accurate and your sign-in secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account, and your admins manage who in your team has access. SSO/SAML is available.
Ending the agreement: you can close your account, and we may suspend or close it if these terms are seriously broken. [Notice periods and what happens to your files after closure: see full terms]
- 04
Your content
Your files stay yours. You give us only the permission we need to store, process and show them so the service works, including processing them with the AI services that file them under your categories [describe providers and data use: confirm with the developer and legal].
Sharing with partners: nothing is public by default. You choose who sees each file, from private to anyone with the link. Partners can view shared links without an account, links can expire and you can revoke access at any time. Please only share files you have the right to share.
- 05
Acceptable use
To keep the library safe for everyone, please don’t:
- upload anything unlawful, or that you don’t have the rights to;
- upload malware or anything designed to cause harm;
- try to get around our security or reach other clients’ data;
- overload the service, or resell it without our agreement.
If something breaks these rules, we may remove it or limit access to the account.
- 06
Liability
We work hard to keep Alkemi Cellar reliable and secure, and we’re responsible for the service we provide. As in most software agreements, our liability is limited as far as the law allows, and nothing in these terms limits liability that the law says can’t be limited.
[Liability cap and exclusions: see full terms]
- 07
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service grows. If a change is significant, we’ll tell you before it takes effect, for example by email. If you keep using the service after that, the updated terms apply.
[Notice period for changes: see full terms]
- 08
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], and any disputes will be handled by the courts of [Jurisdiction].
We’d always rather sort things out together first, so please talk to us.
