Files are organised by categories and relations, not folders, so one file can live in many collections and campaigns at once.
Alkemi’s AI is used to file your library under your own categories, so your team can find things. How your data is handled, and what the AI does and does not learn from, is set out in the privacy policy and your contract. Ask at the walkthrough and you will get a straight answer.

Your files stay yours. If you leave, we return your library to you. Annual plans run for 12 months, monthly plans have a 3-month minimum, and the founding offer has a 60-day exit window. No lock-in beyond that.
